Confused.. asked:

I am currently seeking to buy a home, but I question the thought of not receiving financial aid through my Cal State. I am asking if you can still receive your financial aid if you own a home?

Please Help,

I am interested to know how my financial life is going to change now that I am expecting. I will be a single mother that will continue to persue my education full-time. Are there grants that I am able to receive? Maybe scholarships? Thank you for your help!

I know it’s 2 questions- but I am looking for a good financial advisor and I’ve always chosen based on word of mouth- never asked to see any performance…Now I think I need to take more control because my current guy has been drastically trending down over the last 5 years I’ve worked with him….Also, is this a good time hearing that the markets are plunging, to buy the expensive stocks?

Their website clearly states that you cannot have a part-time job while you are a financial advisor for the company. Does this include part-time military?

Suppose you usually spend $6.00 a day when you go out to lunch, when bringing your lunch to school/work would only cost you about $2.00 a day. Since there are approximately 20 weekdays in a month, enter that value for the days eaten per month. How much money would you save after 15 years if you could earn a 10% yield on the money you save? 2. Suppose your investment account earns an average annual return of 9%, and the average rate of inflation is 3%. Imagine that you started with an initial investment of $20,000 and made monthly $150 contributions (assume that your deposits are inflated at the average rate of inflation)? State your answer in total years.
