Why is time such an important factor in financial matters? How does the frequency of interest compounding, regardless of the rate of interest or period of accumulation, affect the future value of any given amount? Explain your answer. How might you use the principles of the time value of money to your financial benefit?

I’m registering for school in November and classes will start in January, I just went onto FAFSA and it says 2008-2009 classes should have registered in June/July. Does this mean if I apply now I won’t get it or do I have to wait for 2009-2010? Is there any loophole, I’m so worried about this.

I am in a career institute right now and I am currently using financial aid. But I want to attend college at the same time and can’t pay out of pocket. So is it possible to use financial aid for college and a career institute at the same time?

Are there any ways to obtain a private school loan through a reliable and trustworthy source during these difficult financial times? I know it is kind of a crazy question, but I am going to need this small loan ($4000) for the next fall semester. I am only eligible for a private loan as well.

Kay, im confused. I go to SDSU and i can only get financial aid if im a full-time student (12 units). Im planning on taking a health class at a community college because i just tried crashing a course today, and i didnt get in. That means ill only have 9 units at state, but 3 at the community college. How will my financial aid cover me ??

I consider myself (along with others I know) a decent writer and researcher. I’d like to get started in blogging, but I need financial compensation for the time I spend working my blog spot. I don’t have a college degree, but I do have some college under my belt. (Most college work is research and reporting, and this is most of what I did in college anyway.) Like I said, what does it take to get started, where should I go, what should I use, and how do I get started.

Thanks, and Have a Great Day!

P.S. I have also asked this question in the Business and Finance category. Thanks for your time!

i hear people say that all the time. i’m taking up Financial Accounting 1 now, and it IS hard but i think a part of it is psychological. like because i heard it is the hardest, then i automatically think it is. but if it really is the hardest, why is that so?
