Definitely real estate, although right now I don’t think it’s making anyone much money. But don’t let that get you down. It’s never too late or too early to get your real estate license. They have classes that are a week long or a month long or a semester long. Take your pick. It’s just a matter of passing that hard ass real estate exam at the very very end.
